Tatiana is a dedicated, highly motivated, and multilingual professional with extensive experience in protection, project management, partnerships, and governance. She possesses strong analytical, coordination, and leadership skills, with a proven track record in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and event management. In the team, Tatiana is responsible for donor relations, partnerships, governance and project management activities.

Francesco joined the GPC in December 2021. He has 17 years of experience in Middle East, North Africa and Latin America. He has been leading the Protection Analytical Framework development and previously the design of a Community Protection Approach. He worked on humanitarian advocacy and HDP Nexus from an integrated protection perspective, and contributed to the HDP Nexus Guidelines of the Italian MoFA.
