Global Protection Forum

Each year, the Global Protection Cluster, including its Areas of Responsibility, and its Strategic Advisory Group, organises an annual Global Protection Forum with partners and field coordinators to review gaps, challenges, and opportunities in protection coordination, and discuss emerging protection challenges and solutions.

The Global Protection Forum is dedicated to the broader constituency of the GPC and designed to foster dialogue on current protection priorities, discuss emerging issues and present new evidence and good practices on a chosen theme.

The Forum is also an opportunity for the protection community to exchange knowledge and experiences across operations, and discuss capacities required to respond to emerging needs and demands. Finally, the Forum is an opportunity to showcae frontline work to a wide range of partners and mobilize required resources.
