Josep Herreros

Josep joined the GPC in February 2024. He brings more than 20 years of field and global level experience in Protection, working in different protection positions, both at field and country level, including internal displacement operations. Josep has worked in Albania, Kosovo, Guatemala, Colombia, Ecuador, Greece and Mexico, where he has led protection sectors and working groups. Josep has worked with UNHCR, UN Peace Mission and with civil society organizations. He holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and a Diploma on Humanitarian International Aid from the Deusto University in Bilbao and the Catholic University of Louvain.
