In operations where Protection Clusters, Sectors or Working Groups are active, over 4500 COVID-19 cases and 114 COVID-19 deaths have been recorded. There is a high likelihood of under reporting of cases due to weak health and monitoring systems in place. The trend is worrying as numbers have more than doubled in the last week.
