Co-Coordination Agreements: GPC Guidance

The purpose of this communication is to introduce a Global Protection Cluster recommended template and guidance for field co-coordination agreements between the cluster lead agency and co-coordinating organisations. We strongly recommend that all operations use this guidance and template for any new agreements and to adapt existing ones to this guidance by no later than the second quarter of 2023.

The release of the MoU guidance is one push in a holistic movement the GPC is undertaking to optimise co-coordination and an even wider push to recognise, support, learn from and ensure leading role of local actors, responders and communities.
