Youmna Ghaleb

Youmna works with Humanity & Inclusion, and as Inclusion Specialist in the GPC since June 2024. She collaborates with the GPC to improve disability, diversity, age, and gender inclusive and conflict-sensitive analyses in the Humanitarian Programme Cycle (HPC), and the centrality of protection in humanitarian responses. She has been working on disability inclusion since 2007 with Plan International, and then since 2010 with HI where she managed a number of disability inclusion projects and gain experience working with OPDs and other stakeholders.

Gry Hjeltnes

Gry joined the GPC from the Humanitarian Department of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) in August 2022. She provides support to field Protection Clusters and advises on actions contributing to the ‘Centrality of Protection’. She has previously worked with UNHCR for more than 10 years, both in Programme and Protection Coordination, in a number of contexts including Myanmar, Bangladesh, South Africa, Indonesia, Zambia, and Ethiopia.

Emma Wynne

Emma re-joined the GPC in July 2022 as an Associate Reporting Officer, following eight months of experience with the GPC in 2021, working on leadership and coordination. She previously spent two years working for the German development cooperation (GIZ) in Germany and Rwanda on topics of leadership and cooperation and decentralisation and good governance. Emma also has experience with the INGO Welthungerhilfe and worked for six months in the Team for Social and Urban development in Latin America and the Caribbean for KfW development bank.
