Global Protection Forum Report 2020

In 2021, the Global Protection Forum brought together 3000 experts from 30+ operations to discuss real time protection challenges, share experiences and provide strategic direction for protection actors and the Global Protection Cluster.

The Forum harmonized approaches and brought forward a number of priorities that require global advocacy and attention, collective action and advocacy. Technical working sessions with Coordinator and Co-coordinators in the field were instrumental in defining concrete steps to ensure basics or protection response and coordination are place in all operations, in line the GPC operational footprint.
