Emma Wynne

Emma re-joined the GPC in July 2022 as an Associate Reporting Officer, following eight months of experience with the GPC in 2021, working on leadership and coordination. She previously spent two years working for the German development cooperation (GIZ) in Germany and Rwanda on topics of leadership and cooperation and decentralisation and good governance. Emma also has experience with the INGO Welthungerhilfe and worked for six months in the Team for Social and Urban development in Latin America and the Caribbean for KfW development bank. She holds a master’s degree in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies with a specialisation in menstrual health management in contexts of displacement from the University of London. She is also assistant editor at the Refugee Law Initiative blog.
