GPC Interagency Field Support
The Global Protection Cluster provides services to Protection Cluster coordination teams on protection and coordination queries. Protection Cluster coordination team members can request support on any area related to protection coordination, information management, advocacy, analysis, technical specialized areas of Child Protection, Gender-Based Violence and Mine Action, as well as cross-cutting issues such as inclusion.
The GPC Interagency Field Support team offers guidance, common resources such as tools, examples, peer-to-peer exchange, and country/context specific advice. Our ability to provide relevant and quality feedback to coordination teams is supported by the expertise of the GPC protection partners and relevant GPC working groups and task teams.
The GPC Interagency field support capacity is provided by UNHCR, UNICEF, UNFPA, OHCHR, NRC, NORCAP, Help-Age, SDC and War Child Alliance.
