The Global Protection Cluster Annual Report presents the work carried out by the GPC in 2023 to protect and improve the lives of tens of millions of people in need of protection. It highlights the year’s achievements, as well as challenges faced by the cluster and its partners, in responding to life-threatening crises across our 31 active Protection Cluster operations.
