Functional Framework for Protection Cluster Coordinators

The Functional Framework for Coordination outlines the competencies1 required for those working as Coordinators in a Protection Cluster. The framework has thirteen competencies all of which are essential. These competencies are arranged into three groups: 1) Sectoral competencies; 2) Coordination core competencies ; 3) Functional/technical competencies
