Nancy Polutan-Teulieres

Nancy joined the GPC operations cell in January 2020. Prior to the GPC, she was working with the IDP section in the Division International Protection at UNHCR. She began her career with UNHCR in Zambia as a Junior Professional Officer and continued with UNHCR in legal, protection, managerial and operational positions in Africa, Asia and Europe in both refugee and IDP settings over the last 15 years. She holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the American University in Washington, D.C. and was a Weatherhead Fellow at Harvard University.
