Celine Maret

With over eleven years managing and coordinating programs in emergency contexts and protracted crises, Celine joined the GPC team in April 2021 to ensure a collaborative leadership and effective coordination within the cluster. She previously worked as a Senior Protection Officer with ProCap and GenCap Projects at UNOCHA in Geneva. Acting as a Cluster Coordinator for CCCM and Shelter in Chad and DRC with UNHCR, she was then roving in Somalia, Bangladesh and DRC for surge support. Celine ensured inter-agency coordination and set up early warning mechanisms in Chad with UNOCHA. She is an expert in camp coordination and camp management and worked with NRC and Solidarites International in Burundi and Sudan. She is graduated from Neuchatel University with a dual degree in Anthropology and Sociology.
